- gives Learners foundational Principles in professionalism, self-control, trauma-awareness, and models for de-escalation.
- can be used as a stand-alone training course or blended with face-to-face training for full Pro-ACT certification.

- The Advantage course takes approximately three hours to complete and can be done in convenient modules, over a period of days.
- Upon successful completion, Learners receive an Advantage Certificate of Completion.
- Individual users can gain immediate, 24/7, on-line access to Advantage e-Learning.
- For Organizations, Advantage e-Learning is sold as a subscription.
- Each Subscription is valid for 12 months and facilitated by 1 to 4 Subscription Managers.
- Learners requiring Pro-ACT certification complete Advantage then participate in the remaining 7 hours of the certification training.
- Subscription Managers provide an organization’s employees with Learner access to the Advantage course.
For employees requiring full Pro-ACT certification, Advantage e-Learning delivers the first half of the Pro-ACT training content in a consistent, interactive format with the flexibility that allows employees to start and stop this 3-hour course according to their schedule. Once an employee has completed Pro-ACT Advantage, they are ready to begin the instructor-led, second half of the certification training.
