The Role of the Subscription Manager

Each Advantage e-Learning subscription is coordinated by a Subscription Manager. The Subscription Manager plays a key role in Subscription oversight and coordination, and serves as the communication link between the Advantage Agency and Pro-ACT, Inc.

Through a secure dashboard on the Pro-ACT e-Learning website, Subscription Managers assign agency employees to the Advantage course. Once assigned, Subscription Managers can monitor each employees progress through the course and maintain maintain individual Advantage Certificates of Completion as needed.

Subscription Managers also serve as the contact and support point for employees as they progress through the Advantage course. To support Subscription Managers in these responsibilities, prior to subscription activation, the Subscription Manager will complete:

  • Subscription Manager tutorial, a 12 minute online tutorial that provides insight and information for coordinating the subscription at the worksite.
  • Pro-ACT Advantage e-Learning course. As the subscription contact for employees, familiarity with the Advantage course and content will allow for more effective Learner support.

Additional support materials provided to the Subscription Manager include:

  • Subscription Manager User Guide. A complete guide of practices and processes that answers almost any question a Subscription Manager could have.
  • Quick & Easy Answer Guide. An incredibly helpful resource that provides the visual images and correct answers for all Advantage assessment questions.
