Refund Policy
Individual Learners may request a refund within 5 days of receipt of payment providing there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 5 days prior. A $20 processing fee will be charged for any refund.
Subscription refunds may be considered within 7 days of receipt of payment, providing no Advantage Learners have been assigned to the Subscription and there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 7 days prior. A $150 processing fee or 4% of Subscriptions costing over $3,750 will be charged for any refunds processed.
