What happens if I need to remove a Learner from the course?
If the assigned Learner has not accessed their course, use the Delete Learner Assignments button on the lower left of the Subscription Manager dashboard page to request the Learner be deleted.
The submitted request will be reviewed within 3 business days and, providing the course has not been accessed, the Learner Assignment will be returned to your Subscription for access by another employee.
If the Learner has already accessed the course, the Learner Assignment is no longer valid.
