OPTIONS 553 e-Learning meets the de-escalation training requirements of California Senate Bill 553, is available for organizations and individuals, and is easy to set up and easy to use.

For Organizations: To order an OPTIONS 553 e-Leaning Subscription for your organizations submit the Subscription Order form, and your Subscription setup information will be emailed to you promptly. Subscriptions are available for:

• 10 or more Learners for a cost of $21 per Learner.
• Additional Learners can be added at any time during the Subscription year for the same price of $21 per Learner.

For Individuals: OPTIONS 553 e-Learning can be accessed immediately upon enrollment confirmation. This flexible, online learning option provides Learners with Workplace Violence Prevention information and strategies to de-escalate violence. Refund Policy
Individual Learners may request a refund within 5 days of receipt of payment providing there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 5 days prior. A $20 processing fee will be charged for any refund.
Subscription refunds may be considered within 7 days of receipt of payment, providing no Advantage Learners have been assigned to the Subscription and there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 7 days prior. A $150 processing fee or 4% of Subscriptions costing over $3,750 will be charged for any refunds processed.
