OPTIONS 553 e-Learning meets the de-escalation training requirements of California Senate Bill 553. It is available for organizations, easy to set up, and easy to use.

To order an OPTIONS 553 e-Leaning Subscription for your organizations submit the Subscription Order form, and your Subscription setup information will be emailed to you promptly. Subscriptions are available for:

• Subscription setup plus 10 Learners for a cost of $250.
• Additional Learners can be added at any time during the Subscription year for the same price of $19 per Learner.
• For 500 or more Learners, access through customized sites may be available. Contact us at info@proactelearning.com

Refund Policy
Subscription refunds may be considered within 7 days of receipt of payment, providing no OPTIONS 553 Learners have been assigned to the Subscription and there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 7 days prior. A $150 processing fee or 4% of Subscriptions costing over $3,750 will be charged for any refunds processed.
