Advantage e-Learning is available to Individual Learners and can be accessed immediately upon registration confirmation. Once confirmed, and individual has access to the course for 45 days.

This flexible, online learning option provides Learners with information and strategies that can significantly reduce the potential for crisis behavior. Covering the Introduction and first 5 chapter of the Pro-ACT course, Advantage e-Learning provides content on:

• Staff professionalism, preparation, and self-control
• Trauma-informed support
• Elements of an assault cycle
• Models for early intervention and crisis de-escalation

Each section is followed by a quiz that assesses Learner understanding and requires that 80% of responses be correct to proceed.
