Advantage for Organizations: Advantage e-Learning lets Organizations and Agencies give their employee the information and tools that will reduce crisis behavior in a flexible and accessible on-line course. Covering the Introduction and first 5 chapters of the Pro-ACT course, each section is followed by a quiz that assesses Learner understanding and requires that 80% of responses be correct to proceed. The Advantage course provides content on:

• Staff professionalism, preparation, and self-control
• Trauma-informed support
• Elements of an assault cycle
• Models for early intervention and crisis de-escalation

An Advantage e-Learning Subscription is easy to set up and easy to use. To initiate your organization’s Subscription to Advantage e-Learning, submit the Subscription Order form, and your Subscription setup information will be emailed to you promptly.

• An Advantage Subscription is available for 10 or more Learners.
• Organization Subscription pricing is based upon the number of Learners who will access the course content during a 12-month subscription year.
• A 10-person start-up Subscription is available for $480.
• Additional Learners can be added at any time during the Subscription year for $58 per Learner.

Advantage for Individuals: Advantage e-Learning is available to Individual Learners and can be accessed immediately upon enrollment confirmation. This flexible, online learning option provides Learners with information and strategies that can significantly reduce the potential for crisis behavior. Covering the Introduction and first 5 chapter of the Pro-ACT course, Advantage e-Learning provides content on:

• Staff professionalism, preparation, and self-control
• Trauma-informed support
• Elements of an assault cycle
• Models for early intervention and crisis de-escalation

Each section is followed by a quiz that assesses Learner understanding and requires that 80% of responses be correct to proceed. Refund Policy
Individual Learners may request a refund within 5 days of receipt of payment providing there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 5 days prior. A $20 processing fee will be charged for any refund.
Subscription refunds may be considered within 7 days of receipt of payment, providing no Advantage Learners have been assigned to the Subscription and there is no evidence of Learner access. No refunds will be granted when payment has been received more than 7 days prior. A $150 processing fee or 4% of Subscriptions costing over $3,750 will be charged for any refunds processed.
